Pricing
Pricing.
The number and how it's set, before you ask.
The bands
Fixed fee, confirmed before work begins. The number is driven by what the rubric demands: number and weighting of criteria, page or question count, technical depth, and how much evidence-gathering your pack needs.
| Submission type | Fixed fee (per job) |
|---|---|
| Tender response | £2,000-£8,000 |
| Grant application | £1,500-£5,000 |
| Award entry | from £1,500 |
| Bid review (your draft, marked) | £950-£2,500 |
We don't charge a cut of what the contract is worth, and we don't raise the price after you win. The fee is owed either way, whether your submission wins or not: you are paying for the work, not the outcome.
What drives the fee
The same four factors decide every quote:
- The number and weighting of criteria in the rubric
- Page or question count
- Technical depth of what's being asked
- How much evidence-gathering your pack needs
How a job is structured
A single, fixed-fee submission is the default: one notice, one deadline, one fixed price agreed before we start.
The free Evidence Snapshot is the no-commitment entry point: see what your own public record already shows before any fee is agreed.
And one rule we hold ourselves to: if the mapping stage shows your evidence genuinely can't support a competitive score, we decline the job and tell you why. We assess this against the specific rubric during mapping, and we decline only when the gap is material and can't be closed with what you have.
